The facility also has its own gym so you can come lift before or after class as well. Many members will lift before class and get in a solid training session for the day.
We have been training people since 2018 and we have built a superior training system that will get you to your goals. You’ll quickly see the benefits of learning outstanding striking techniques, self-defense, and overall combat knowledge as well as improving your overall strengthening & conditioning along the way!
After learning and perfecting the basics, you’ll have the option to upgrade to our intermediate and then advanced classes. They will take your fitness & striking techniques to another level by working on sparring drills + advanced techniques!
What Should I Wear?
We recommend wearing a T-Shirt and Muay Thai shorts (regular shorts work too) or gym leggings.
What Should I Bring?
We provide free gloves for our free trial classes.
After that we recommend you purchase your own gloves.
So bring gloves, handwraps (to keep your wrists safe), a small towel, and a water bottle.
What Should I Expect?
Our classes are structured to be short and effective. Expect 30 minutes of conditioning and then 30 minutes of bagwork.
